چکیده

she comes under the class now recognised as " degenerates." She has a small pelvis: the diagonal conjugate measures not more than ?>\ ins., possibly only 3, which makes the true conjugate about 2\ ins. or thereby. The pelvis seems uniformly contracted. She is past the time for any thought of induction, with a pelvis such as hers, and the only possible treatment is of course Csesarean section at or near full time. It is in this connection that the case opens up some very interesting legal and eugenic points.
